NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF STREET LIGHT

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:

2.2.1) The Average Annual Turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of opening bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 108.72 Lakhs (Rupees One Hundred Eight Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand Only).

2.2.2) In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year as on the Technical Bid Opening date are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of 3 (three) consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

Note:

i)While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

ii)Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities and

capacity of the bidder/ his collaborators / associates / subsidiaries / group companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall assessment in the interest of the Employer.

GENERAL NOTES:

1.Bid documents will be issued to all the parties on their request for issue of bid documents without prima-facie examination of their qualification status. However, issue of bid documents shall not mean that bidders are considered qualified.

2.Tender documents are Nontransferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender documents

are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original bidder in whose name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.

3.Complete set of bidding documents are available on NPTC website https://eprocurentpc.nic.in and prospective bidders can down load the same for submission of bids.

4.Tenders will be called under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding system. Bid opening schedule and other details shall be available in tender documents for the relevant package.

5.NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

6.ANY BIDS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE BID SECURITY & TENDER FEE IN A SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE SHALL BE REJECTED BY THE NTPC AS BEING NON- RESPONSIVE AND REJECTED.

7.MSE:

a)Small Scale Industries registered for similar work with the National Small Scale Industries Corpn. shall be exempted from payment of tender cost / Earnest Money Deposit. SSI units registered with District

Industries Center are also entitled for exemption of EMD / Tender Cost. Such parties can sent the request for Tender Documents along with a photocopy of valid registration certificate preferably attested by Gazetted Officer / Ist Class Magistrate / notarised, giving details such as validity, stores and monetary limits, failing which they run the risk of their bid being passed over as ineligible for this concession.

b)Small Scale Industries registered with NSIC shall be exempted from payment of Security Deposit up to the monetary limit for which the unit is registered with NSIC.

c)Tenderers seeking exemption should enclose a photocopy of valid MSME/SSI/NSIC to the Package Coordinator / GM (C&M) at the address given below along with the Offline bid (Physical bid) as per ITB clause no-17 on or before last date of bid submission and scanned copy of the same should be furnished

online in Cover Type Fee.

NOTE: The benefit as above to MSEs shall be available only for goods / services produced & provided by MSEs for which they are registered.

8.0First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date and submit following details.

a)For creation of vendor code:

i)Company / Firm registration, Copy of GST Registration, PAN no.,

ii)Valid email ID, Contact No

iii)Address Proof

iv)Cancel cheque & E.F.T (to be verified by bank)

Note: Format of E.F.T (Electronic Fund Transfer) is attached along with tender documents

b)For registration in GEPNIC (Govt E-procurement National Informatics Centre)

i)Go to site: https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app

ii)Click on Online bidder enrolment & fill up your details

iii)Send the copy of registration in Gepnic at following e-mail Address.

8.Indenting parties are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the nature of work and the site conditions.
