5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The Scope of the work is to supply, installation & commissioning of Infra-Red Camera along with accessories and up-to-date software. The scope includes supply of carrying wheel suitcase, spare one no. battery and charger, along with training and service/technical support.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1.0 The bidder should be a manufacturer of Infra-Red Thermography (IRT) Camera/Infra-Red Thermo Vision Camera/ Digital IR Thermal Imager/Thermal Imaging System.

or

The bidder should be an authorized dealer/distributor/channel partner/subsidiary of the manufacturer (as defined in Para 1.0) as on date of opening of Techno commercial proposal and such bidder should be duly authorized by OEM for this tender.

7.2.0 The bidder and or their manufacturer should have executed any one of the following similar work in India in the preceding 7 (seven) Years as on the date opening of Techno-Commercial proposal :

One work of Value not less than of Rs 15,98,838/-(Rs Fifteen lakh ninety eight thousand eight hundred thirty eight).

OR

Two works of Value not less than of Rs. 9,99,274/-/-(Rs Nine lakh ninety nine thousand two hundred seventy four) each .

OR

Three works of Value not less than of Rs. 7,99,419/-( Rs Seven lakh ninety nine thousand four hundred nineteen)each. Note:

7.2.1- Similar work means supply,Installation and or Commissioning of #Minimum 01 No. Infra Red Thermography (IRT) Camera/Infra Red Thermo Vision Camera/ Digital IR Thermal Imager/Thermal Imaging System along with or without Accessories#.

7.2.2- The word #executed# means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified even if the total contract is not completed/closed. However, the supply of 01 No. Infra Red Thermography (IRT) Camera/Infra Red Thermo Vision Camera/ Digital IR Thermal Imager/Thermal Imaging System along with or without Accessories# must be included in the work executed as per client certificate.

7.2.3 In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of bid opening as certified by the client shall be considered. However supply of 01 No. Infra Red Thermography (IRT) Camera/Infra Red Thermo Vision Camera/ Digital IR Thermal Imager/Thermal Imaging System along with or without Accessories# must be included in the work executed as per client certificate.

7.3.2In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening are not

available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
