3.0	Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately		offline/online by
the	stipulated bid submission	closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid
Security and Integrity Pact (if		applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall	not be opened.
4.0	A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of

the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

On Site coating of GT Compressor Components at DGPS.

It is intended to coat Initial Guide Vanes (1 set), All sixteen stages of Compressor rotor (1 set) and All sixteen stages of Compressor stator (1 set) at site during ensuing overhaul of one of the Gas Turbine.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0. Qualifying Requirements for the work Pkg.-CS5/5655):

Bidder should meet the Qualifying Requirements Clause # 1.1 or 1.2 or 1.3 and 1.4 & 1.5 as stipulated hereunder: -

1.1 The bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Siemens design Gas Turbine model no. V 94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station.

OR

1.2 The bidder should be a Coating/ Recoating agency for Gas Turbine Compressor components and must either himself possess or have access to the necessary technology for Coating/ Recoating of Gas Turbine Compressor components for Siemens design Gas Turbine Model No. V94.2, installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station having ISO rating of 142.2 MW at TIT of 1060 Deg.C.

AND

The bidder should have Coated/ Re-coated at least two (2) sets of GT Compressor Components (Set consisting of at least

first 03 stages of moving Blades & at least 03 stages of stator blades of	GT Compressor) for	Gas Turbine	of minimum
80 MW ISO rating, which should have individually completed successful	operation of at least	15,000 EOH	prior to the
date of techno-commercial bid opening.
OR

1.3The bidder can be a Licensee OR an Authorized Agent of Either Gas Turbine Original Equipment Manufacturer

(OEM) for Gas Turbine Model V 94.2 as installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station (1.1) OR Coating	/ recoating
agency (1.2). In such case, the bidder can be considered qualified based on the experience of their Principal	who meets
the requirements mentioned at 1.1 OR 1.2 above.

1.4The bidder should have executed the work of Coating/ Recoating of Gas Turbine (Min rated capacity 80 MW)

Compressor	Components	meeting	any	one of the following criteria during the #preceding seven (07) years ending on last
day of the	month previous	to the	NIT	publication, as per the following values:

i)One order valuing not less than Rs. 14.758 Million or equivalent in foreign currency OR

ii)Two orders each valuing not less than Rs. 9.224 Million or equivalent in foreign currency OR

iii)Three orders each valuing not less than Rs. 7.379 Million or equivalent in foreign currency.

1.5	The average annual		financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) completed financial years as on
technical bid opening date shall not be less than Rs. 18.447 Million or equivalent in foreign currency.
Note:
a. Technical Bid opening date refers to the FIRST scheduled technical bid opening date.
b.	The	work #executed#	mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if
the	total	contract is started	earlier and/or is not completed/closed.

c.In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed, till the last day of the month previous to the NIT publication as certified by the client shall be considered.

d.While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

e.In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of technical bid opening are not available, the

financial results certified by	a practicing Chartered	Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able
to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered		Accountant	certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of
three consecutive financial	years proceeding the	last financial	year shall be considered for evaluating the financial

parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding

documents stating that the	financial	results of the company are under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid
opening and the certificate	from the	practicing Chartered accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

f.Bidder should have a valid Provident Fund Code Number and Income Tax Permanent Account Number (PAN). (For Indian Bidder only)

g.The bidder should have GST Registration (for Indian bidders only).

h.	Currency conversion rate as on date of PO will be used for evaluation of Point 1.4 & currency conversion rate as
on	relevant end date of respective financial years will be used for evaluation of Point 1.5 above.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the subject

package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
