4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DISTT :- BHARUCH or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
ARC for Examination of Lift, Pressure Vessels, Cranes, Lifting Tools, Gas, and Chlorine Pipeline etc at NTPC Jhanor 6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1The bidder should have experience of similar work in power / petro chemical / refinery / heavy engineering / ship
building / port / ship yard industries. (Similar work means, #ARC for Examination |

7.2The bidder should have #Competent Person# authorized by the #Director, Industrial Safety & Health, Gujarat# for Inspection and Certification of Hoist & Lift (Section 28), Lifting Machines (Section 29) and Pressure Plant (Section 31).
7.3The Average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years (2013-14, 2014-15 & 2015-16) shall not be less than Rs. 12.71 Lacs (Rupees Twelve Lacs Seventy- One Thousand Only).

Note:
Value of executed work means either value of work of examination / inspection of lifting tools tackles or pressure vessels (pressure plant) or both combined.
General:
1.The bidders should have valid PAN issued by Income Tax Department and PF code issued by PF Commissioner.
2.Party shall submit the copy / copies of orders and other related documents based on which bidder claims for qualification.
3.NTPC has the right to assess the capability and capacity of the bidder for deployment of testing equipment.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have |
any claim arising out of such |
