NTPC Limited, Farakka Super Thermal Power Station located nearly 300KM from Kolkata at PO:

Nabarun- 742236, Dist- Murshidabad, State-West-Bengal invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from

interested agencies in the prescribed format for issue of comprehensive maintenance &

operation 13 Nos Lift on main plant at NTPC/Farakka.

Break up as available is given below:

LIFT DETAILS-

1. 4-LANDING DUPLEX CONTROL ADM BLDG LIFT :02 NOS(680Kg).

2. 5-LANDING SIMPLEX CONTROL SERV.BLDG LEFT : 02 NOS (680Kg).

3. 3-LANDING SIMPLEX CONTROL VIP LIFT STAGE-II : 1No (544Kg).

4. 11-LANDING SIMPLEX CONTROL STG-I BOILER LIFT AT U# 1, 2 & 3: 03 NOS(1768Kg).

5. 18- LANDING SIMPLEX CONTROL STG-II BOILER PASSENGER LIFT AT U#4 & U#5 :02 NOS

(1088KG).

6. 6-LANDING SIMPLEX CONTROL VIP LIFT ( STG -I ):1 NO (1360KG).

7. 18-LANDING SIMPLEX CONTROL FOR U#4 & U# 5 GOODS LIFT: 2 NOS

(3000KG).

1. Scope : “Expression of Interest for Comprehensive maintenance & operation of 13

Nos. Passenger & Boiler Lift.

2. Duration : 12 Months.

3. Indenting Department : Elct.Maint.Deptt.

4. Requisite start date : 01.12.2017.

5. The intending bidder must have experience of having successfully executed works of “

Comprehensive Maintenance & Operation of 06 nos Passenger cum Boiler Lift” during last 6 years with

experience of lifts up to 18-landing,3000Kg.

6. Agency should have valid maintenance certificate for lift maintenance.

Note: -

i) Agency may visit site asserting the site condition.
