Procurement of GT Compressor Rotor Blades Stage # 1 to 15 for Gas Turbines at NTPC Dadri
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
Clause 1.1
The bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Siemens design Gas Turbines model No. V94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station.
OR
Clause 1.2
The Bidder should be a manufacturer of Siemens design Gas Turbine components and must either himself possess or have access to the necessary technology for manufacturing and coating of Compressor Rotor Blades for Siemens design Gas Turbine model No. V 94.2, installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station having ISO rating of 142.2 MW at TIT of 1060
Note: For the specified job as above, the Bidder at his option can also outsource any of the activities required for manufacturing and coating of Compressor Rotor Blades subject to the condition that the chosen outsourced agency by the bidder also has the necessary technology for manufacturing / coating of Compressor Rotor Blades for Siemens design Gas Turbine Model No. V 94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station having ISO rating of 142.2 MW at TIT of 1060 Deg.C
OR
Clause 1.3
The Bidder can be a licensee or Authorized Agent of Gas Turbine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Gas Turbine Model V 94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station. In such case, the bidder can be considered qualified based on the experience of the Principal who meets the requirements mentioned at Para 1.1 above.

Clause 1.4
The bidder should have successfully executed the supply of Gas turbine components meeting any of the following criteria during #the preceding seven (7) years# prior to the date of bid opening#:-
i) Single (1) order of contract value not less than INR 101.26 million or in equivalent foreign currency OR
ii) Two (02) orders, each of contract value not less than INR 63.29 million or in equivalent foreign currency OR
iii) Three (03) orders, each of contract value not less than INR 50.63 million or in equivalent foreign currency.
b)In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the last day of the month previous of the NIT publication as certified by the client shall be considered.
c)While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.
d)In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of technical bid opening are not available, the
parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the subject
package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
