7.0 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
The bidder who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfil the
following Qualifying Requirements.
The bidder should be a company registered under the companies Act 1956 or a
partnership/proprietorship firm.
The bidder should have the experience of having successfully executed/completed similar work
within preceding seven (07) years from Date of Techno-Commercial Bid opening.
Single Contract of value not less than Rs. 32.40 Lakh
OR
Two Contracts of value not less than Rs. 20.25 Lakh each.
OR
Three Contracts of value not less than Rs. 16.20 Lakh each.
Note: Executed Work Means: Value of actual executed portion of a Contract and not the total
Contract value. In case of a Contract under execution as on the date of Techno-Commercial Bid
opening, the actual executed portion of the Contract till the date of Techno-Commercial Bid
opening duly certified by Owner shall be considered.
7.2 Financial Creteria
7.2.1 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on
the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 40.5 Lakh.
7.2.2 In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available,
certification of financial statements from practicing chartered accountant shall also be
acceptable. In case, bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered
Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial
years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial
parameters.
Further, a Certificate would be required from CER/CFO as per the format enclosed in the
bidding documents stating that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the
schedule date of Techno-Commercial bid-opening and the certificate from the practicing
Charted Accountant certifying that financial parameters is not available.
Note: Other Income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
7.3 Bidder should have independent PF code issued by RPFC, valid PAN number and Service
Tax registration.
7.4 Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the
Capabilities and Capacity of the bidder to perform the contract, should the circumstances
warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.
