NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)

FOR

Procurement of Atomic absorption Spectrophotometer (Domestic Competitive Bidding)

1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Supply of Atomic absorption Spectrophotometer

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

2)The bidder must have experience of having successfully executed Purchase order for Supply of Atomic absorption spectrophotometer during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:

2.1Three orders of value not less than Rs. 21.26 lacs each. OR

2.2Two orders of value not less than Rs. 26.57 lacs each. OR

2.3Single order of value not less than Rs.42.52 lacs each.

Each Manufacturer shall submit only one bid directly or through their specifically authorized dealer.

Notes:

1)The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/ closed.

2)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further ,a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding

Important Note: The bidder should submit proof of meeting QR as detailed above along with the technical bid for evaluation. Further, checklist for QR is to be filled & enclosed in C-folder along with QR supporting documents

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

11. REGARDING TENDER FEES (this is in continuation of s.no.4 above):

1. Tender fee may be submitted in the form of a Crossed Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of NTPC Limited and en-cashable at State Bank of India, Bijpur (Rihand Nagar) branch code no. 7523 OR Union Bank of India, Rihand Nagar Branch code no. 550116 and same may be send to the address mentioned at s.no.10 above well in advance before document sale close date.

2. Vendors having valid MSE certificate/ Udyog Aadhar registration shall be exempted from payment of Tender Fee. Bidders seeking, exemption should enclose a photocopy of valid registration certificate giving details such as validity, monetary limit, stores etc. Same may be sent to the address mentioned at s.no.10 above well in advance before document sale close date.

3.Bid document is not transferable.
