NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)

FOR

Rate Contract for procurement of Personal Protective Equipment

(as per IS 15298 Part-2: Safety Footwear), 2018

1. The bidder should be a manufacturer of Industrial Safety Shoes having BIS License

(IS: 15298 Part-2), the license should be valid on bid opening date.

4. The bidder should have completed/ executed (directly to end user organizations) any

one of the following works in preceding seven (07) years as on the date of techno-

commercial bid opening, which includes successful supply of Safety Shoes or

Protective or Occupational Footwear / Boots for Professional use in India:

One completed work with basic value (excluding taxes & duties) not less than Rs

2,32,00,000/- (Rs Two crore thirty-two lakhs only)

OR

Three completed works with basic value (excluding taxes & duties) of each not less

than Rs 1,16,00,000.00 each (Rs One crore sixteen lakh only)

The work "executed" means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in

the QR, even if the total contract is not completed / closed.

In case of contracts under execution as on date of bid opening, the value of work

completed till the date of bid opening will be considered provided the value of

executed work is certified by the employer.

(Rupees Two crore ninety lakhs only).

Note:

i. While computing the turnover other income shall not be considered.

ii. In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of

Techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified

by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case,

bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered

Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three

consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be

considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further a certificate would

available.

iii. Documents required for QR Credential Verification:

QR 1:- Valid BIS license (IS: 15298 Part-2) of the bidder

QR 2:- Self declaration on availability of machines/ facilities as mentioned

with details & proofs like calibration certificate of the machines/photos of the
