REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF ROAD INSIDE MAIN PLANT & ALONG EXTENDED PLANT BOUNDARY OUTSIDE PLANT KORBA.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
5. Qualifying requirements:
The bidders are required to fulfill the following:
5.1 The bidder should have executed the bituminous carpeting Road (bituminous carpeting with/without
a)Single order of value not less than Rs 72.84 Lakhs
OR
b)Two orders of value not less than Rs 45.53 Lakhs each OR
c)Three Orders of value not less than Rs 36.42 each
Note: Work #Executed# means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR, even if the total contract is not completed/closed. In case of contracts under execution as on date of techno commercial bid opening, the value of work executed till such date will be considered provided the same is certified by the employer.
5.2Financial Criteria:
5.2.1 Average annual turnover of the Bidders, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening, shall not be less than Rs. 91.05 Lakhs.
i)While computing the annual turnover, Other income shall not be considered.
ii)In case where audited results for the last financial year as on date of techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial result certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be acceptable. In case, bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited result of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial
parameters. Further , a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as on
the date of
5.3 The bidder shall have to submit the following documents in support of meeting the QR along with their bid:
1 The bidder to submit documentary evidence in support of cl 5.1 of QR
2. Copies of audited balance sheet and P&L account for preceding three (03) financial years in support of cl 5.2 of QR
5.4 Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to undertake a physical assess the capabilities and capacity i n c l u d i n g f i n a n c i a l c a p a c i t y of the Bidder/ his collaborators/ associates/subsidiaries/group companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.
The physical assessment shall include but not be limited to assessment of the office/facilities/banker#s /reference work by employer. A negative determination of such
office/facilities/banker#s /reference work by employer. A negative determina assessment of capacity and capabilities may result in the rejection of the bid.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
