3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

SUPPLY OF PVC FILL PACKS FOR COOLING TOWER AT DGPS

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 (I) The bidder should have his own manufacturing facility for producing the required fill sheets along with required & well established quality assurance procedures & standards for all quality checks as per QP or should be capable of getting checks done from NABL approved laboratory.

The bidder should have manufactured & supplied at least 1000 m3 fill packs of fill of size 1000 mm (or above) x 600 (or above) x 300 mm (or above) in a single order during last 7 years as on last day of the month previous to NIT publication & was in successful operation for at least one year from the date of commissioning.

OR

(II) The bidder should be an EPC Contractor & should have successfully constructed and commissioned Counter flow cooling towers with PVC Fill packs in a 100 MW unit or above capacity during last seven (07) years as on last day of the month previous to NIT publication

The agency from whom they will procure the PVC fill packs must qualify the above 1.0(1) requirement (The EPC contractor need to submit a Deed of Joint undertaking with the manufacturer of fill packs for the performance guarantee of supplied packs.)

AND

2.0 The bidder should have executed the work (s) of #Design, Manufacture, Supply of PVC fills packs# or # Design, Construction and Commissioning of Cooling Towers# in thermal power plant of 100 MW or above unit capacity, directly under, #PSU#/ #Joint venture of a PSU#/ #Govt. Department#/ #Quasi-Govt. department#/ #Public limited company# during last seven (7) years ending with bid opening date, with following executed value (s) of contracts.

(i) One order valuing not less than Rs. 66.68 Lacs

OR

(ii)Two orders each valuing not less than Rs. 41.68 Lacs

OR

(iii)Three orders each valuing not less than Rs. 33.34 Lacs

3.0 The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding three(3) completed financial years as on technical bid opening date shall not be less than Rs. 83.35 Lacs.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
