FOR
Procurement of GT Compressor Stator Blade Rings/ Diaphragms for all 16 Stages of Gas Turbine at NTPC Dadri

1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site
5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
Supply of GT Compressor Stator Blade Rings/ Diaphragms for all 16 Stages of Gas Turbine
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Siemens design Gas Turbines model no. V94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station.

Clause 1.2
The Bidder should be a manufacturer of Gas Turbine #Compressor Stator Blade Rings (Diaphragms)# and must either
overhaul (Minimum 15,000 EOH) prior to the technical bid opening date.
Note: For the specified job as above, the Bidder at his option can also outsource any of the activities required for
having ISO rating of 142.2 MW at TIT of 1060 Deg. C OR
Clause 1.3
The Bidder can be a licensee or Authorized agent of Gas Turbine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Gas Turbine Model V 94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station. In such case, the bidder can be considered qualified based on the experience of the Principal who meets the requirements mentioned at Para 1.1 above.

Clause 1.4
The bidder should have successfully executed the supply of Gas turbine components meeting any of the following criteria during #the preceding seven (7) years# prior to the date of bid opening#:-
i) Single (1) order of contract value not less than INR 192.13 million or in equivalent foreign currency OR
ii) Two (02) orders, each of contract value not less than INR 120.08 million or in equivalent foreign currency OR
iii) Three (03) orders, each of contract value not less than INR 96.06 million or in equivalent foreign currency. AND
Note -
a)The word #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/closed.
b)In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the last day of the month previous to the NIT publication as certified by the client shall be considered.
c)While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.
d)In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of technical bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the subject
package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
