Notice Inviting Tenders E tendering
(Domestic Competitive bidding) (Purchase Deptt.)
Bids are invited on behalf of NTPC Limited, Tanda from eligible bidders for supply of following items:
Qualifying Requirements for “Enlistment of vendors for supply of Cement (OPC & PPC) for NTPC Tanda”
1)Bidder must be a manufacturer of OPC/PPC quality of cement.
2)The average annual turnover of the bidder during last Three (3) financial years ending on 31st March 2017 should not be less than INR 1980Lacs.
Notes:
A.The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed / closed.
B.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
C.In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial years shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
General Conditions:
1.0Tender fee is NOT applicable.
5.0In case the bidder fails to submit the documents in the support of meeting the QR, the offer
shall be liable for rejection. Offer of the bidder not fulfilling the QR shall be rejected and shall not be considered for evaluation further.
6.0NTPC shall not be responsible for any postal /courier delay.
7.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
8.0Notwithstanding anything stated above, the NTPC reserves the right to assess the bidder’s capability and capacity to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in its overall interest and the decision of NTPC Ltd., in this regard shall be final.
9.0Documentary evidence / proof (Like Manufacturing License / BIS certification / ISO
certification / SSI / NSIC certificate etc.) that the bidder is a manufacturer of cement(OPC/PPC).
