PAINTING, WELDING AND GRATING WORKS OF MPH STRUCTURES OF MOUDA

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
The scope of work includes Painting, Structural Fabrication and Erection Works in Main Power House Area,
The broad scope of work under this package shall include structural steel fabrication, erection, alignment, reconciliation, handing over and painting works related to but not limited to the following areas:
a)Main Power House (From Transformer yard to Chimney). b)Mill Bunker Building.
c)Pipe Rack and Cable Trestle Gallery
d)Any other Structural Works though not specifically covered but required to complete the structural and associated works. e)For Erection of already Fabricated Structures, payment shall be made separately under BOQ Item 26(a) (ii) and 26(a) (iii) only.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The bidders are required to fulfill the following:
(a)The bidder should have executed the works of fabrication and erection of steel structures in the construction of thermal power plant, nuclear power plant, steel plant etc. or in similar process industry in the last seven (07) years as on date of bid opening in:

(i)The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of
(ii)In case the bidder does not satisfy the financial criteria, stipulated at Cl.2.0(b)(i) above on its own , it#s holding company would be required to meet the stipulated turnover requirements at Cl.2.0(b)(i) above, provided that the net worth of such holding company as on the last day of the preceding financial year is at least equal to or more than the
(iii)The net worth of the Bidder as on the last day of the preceding financial year should not be less than 100% of the

2.A certificate from the CEO/CFO of the Holding Company, as per the format enclosed in the bid documents, stating that the unaudited unconsolidated financial statements form part of the Consolidated Annual Report of the company.

3.Benefits to Micro & Small Scale Industries
Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered with District Industries Centres or Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or National Small Industries Corporation or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as per MSMED Act 2006, for goods produced and services rendered, shall be issued the bidding documents free of cost and shall be exempted from paying Earnest Money Deposit. Such parties can sent the request for Tender Documents along with a photocopy of valid registration certificate preferably attested by Gazetted Officer/ Ist Class Magistrate/ notarised, giving details such as validity, stores and monetary limits, failing which they run the risk of their bid being passed over as ineligible for this concession. The documents with regard to the same should reach us at least three working days prior to Last Date of Tender Fee Payment.
