4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment
2. The bidders are clearly informed that even after PDI, the material supplied by them may be sent to National Test Lab/NTPC approved Lab for testing. In case the material fails to meet the specification as per QP during inspection, the same shall be rejected & the party shall be banned for business dealing with NTPC.
1.The bidder should be manufacturer of Numerical Protection Relay or authorized dealer of manufacturer and should have executed supply of the same, during last seven years as on date of BID opening for either of the following values: -
(a)Three executed orders each costing not less than INR 12.00 lacs. OR
(b)Two executed orders each costing not less than INR 15.00 lacs. OR
(c)One executed order costing not less than INR 24.01 lacs.
2.The average annual turnover of the bidder during last Three (3) financial years as on date of bid opening should not be less than INR 30.01 Lacs.
Notes:
A.The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed / closed.
B.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
