1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

Note :

1.Bidder is requested to upload quality plan along with offer, if the bidder fails to submit QP as required at the time of submission of offer, their offer shall not be considered for evaluation & will be treated as unresponsive.

2.The parties should take note that even after PDI, the material supplied by them may be sent to National Test Lab/NTPC approved Lab for testing. In case, the material fails to meet the specification as per QP during inspection, the same shall be rejected & the party shall be banned for business dealing with NTPC.

3.In case of submission of TC, the party shall be informed to furnish TC from National Test Lab/NTPC approved Lab if the test certificate is produced from the 3rd party lab.
