1.0 Vendor Enlistment for the job of “Rate Contract for Operation and Maintenance of Electrically Operated
Dredger at TTPS”. Interested parties are requested to refer the following terms & conditions of the Vendor

3.0 QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT:
1. The bidder shall have experience of operation and maintenance of Electrically operated Dredger or experience of
maintenance of Pumps which include Dredger Pump capable of handling slurry.
2. The average annual financial turnover of the party during last three financial years ending 31

March 2016 should
be at least Rs.13.97 Lakh x 12/8 = Rs.20.95 Lakh.
3. Party must have executed similar type of work during last seven years ending with last day of the month previous
to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following.
a. Three similar completed works of value Rs.5.59 Lakh minimum each. Or
b. Two Similar completed works of value Rs.6.99 Lakh minimum each Or
c. One Similar completed work of value Rs.11.18 Lakh minimum
Similar work : (The bidder shall have experience of the operation and maintenance of electrically operated
Dredger or experience of maintenance of dredger pump capable of handling slurry.
The vendor is to be submitted hardcopy of supporting documents. On Scrutiny of the documents, vendor shall be
enlisted and tender shall be issued to the eligible vendors. It may be noted that submission of documents does
not render the party getting qualified for issuance of tender documents.
4.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package
without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any
claim arising out of such action.
