Tender Notice No. 6167-549-3915

Subject : Hiring of One Number Truck (9.0 MT Capacity) along with Driver and Khalasi on all working days for three years for BMD/Autobase at NTPC - Vindhyachal.

Applications are invited for "Hiring of 01 No. Truck (9.0 MT Capacity) along with Driver and Khalasi on all working days for three years for BMD/Autobase at NTPC Vindhyachal" for an initial period of three (03) years which may be extended for further one year on satisfactory performance.

Instruction to the bidders:

1. The bidder is to submit their bid in two envelopes i.e.

            i) Envelop-1 : a) EMD of amount Rs. 63,000.00, b) Letter of Under Taking on Non Judicial Stamp                             Paper as per format enclosed along with tender documents.

            ii) Envelop-2 : Price Bid.

2. The above EMD to be submitted in form of DD/BC infavour of NTPC Ltd., payable at Vindhyanagr, Distt

     - Singrauli (MP)

3. The agency shall deploy the vehicle within a month from the date of award of contract. Agency should submit the Photo copies of documents such as Registration, Insurance, Driving License and other relevant vehicle documents.

4. The vehicle shall have road permits for movement in MP & UP and same to be submitted within a month from the date of award of contract.

5. Model of Truck must not be older than year 2013. Tripper or truck cum tripper are not acceptable.

6. The agency to quote their rates for hiring of vehicle only. Fuel (diesel) will be supplied free of cost by NTPC Vindhyachal @4.5Km per Litre as per the average consumption specified in tender document.

7. The bids with relevant documents may be sent or submitted in the office of undersigned at NTPC, Vindhyanagar latest by 23.05.2017 (10.30 AM). Offer / bid received after above mentioned date shall not be considered. Bid shall be opened on same day i.e. 23.05.2017 at 11.00 AM at contract services.
