Tender Notice No. 6227-548-3913

Subject : Hiring of  one (01) no. Truck & one (01) no. Twin Cabin jeep in Coal Handling Plant for three years at NTPC - Vindhyachal.

Applications are invited for "Hiring of  one (01) no. Truck & one (01) no. Twin Cabin jeep in Coal Handling Plant for three years at NTPC - Vindhyachal" for an initial period of three (03) years which may be extended for further one year on satisfactory performance, if required by NTPC.

Special Instruction for bidders:

1. The bidder is to submit their bid in two envilopes i.e.

i)    Envilop-1        -a) EMD of amount Rs. 41000.00 for truck, or Rs. 17000.00 for twin cabin jeep                                                             or Rs. 57000.00 for both the vehicle i.e. for truck and twin cabin jeep.

                                    -b) Letter of Under Taking, on Non Judicial Stamp Paper as per format enclosed                                                  along with tender documents.

      ii) Envelop-2: Price Bid.

2. The above EMD to be submitted in form of DD/BC infavour of NTPC Ltd, Payable at Vindhyanagar, Distt.- Singrauli (MP).                 

3. The agency shall deploy the vehicle within a month from the date of award of contract. Agency should submit the Photo copies of documents such as Registration, Insurance, Driving License and other relevant vehicle documents.

4. The vehicle shall have road permits for movement in UP & MP and same to be submitted within a month from the date of award of contract.

5. The agency to quote their rates for hiring of vehicle only. The cost of diesels will be reimbursed as extra as  per the average consumption specified in tender document.

6. Evaluation criteria

    a)     The agency to quote their rates as per their submission of EMD i.e. for Hiring of truck, twin cabin

    jeep or  for both the items. Agency to insure that they have quoted their rates for itmes in line with

    their submission  of EMD as above. Non submission of requisit EMD  will be liable for rejection of the

    bid. 

     b)    The evaluation shall be done on itemwise L-1  rate basis

     c)   Part 10 of BOQ (i.e. for truck) shall be considered for the agency who is L-1 for part 10. Part 20 (i.e.

     for Twin   Cabin Jeep) shall be considered for the agency who is L-1 for Part-20. In case the agency is

     L-1 for both the part of BOQ, then both the parts shall be considered for the same agency.

7. The bids with relevant documents may be sent or submitted in the office of undersigned at NTPC, Vindhyanagar latest by 20.05.2017 (10.30 AM). Offer / bid received after above mentioned date shall not be considered. Bid shall be opened on same day i.e. 20.05.2017 at 11.00 AM at contract services.
