Tender Notice No. 6115-239-3912

Subject : Hiring of different types of vehicles to meet local / contingent use at NTPC - Vindhyachal.

Bids are invited from the agencies / owner of vehicles  for local / contingent use at NTPC - Vindhyachal for a period of 24 months as per specifications / conditions given below : -

Special instruction for bidders :

1.        The bidder is to submit their bids in two envelopes i.e. .

(i) Envelope I - EMD & Affidavit for quoting of rates of all items of BOQ

(ii) Envelope - II Price bid.

2.        EMD to be submitted of Rs 10,000.00 in form of D.D. in favour of NTPC Ltd., payable at Vindhyanagar. Affidavit for quoting of all items rate of BOQ to be submitted on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 10.00 duly notorised, otherwise bid may be rejected.

3.        Price bids comprises of Bill of Quantity clearly indicating their price for all items of BOQ along with scope of work, terms & conditions duly accepted.

4.        Envelope - I i.e. EMD & affidavit shall be opened first and Envelope - II i.e. Price bid of only those bidders shall be opened, whose EMD & affidavit will be found suitable.

5.        EMD details should be superscribed on the envelope, otherwise same may be liable for rejection.

6.        Bidder to submit their price bid as per enclosed Bill of Quantity and scope of work, terms & conditions.

7.        Scope of works and terms & conditions shall be as per attached list. Bidders may submit their bids as per scope of works and terms & conditions only. Scope of work / BOQ etc. may be obtained from Contract Services, NTPC - Vindhyachal.

The bids with relevant documents may be sent or submitted in the office of undersigned at NTPC, Vindhyanagar latest by 18.05.2017 (10.30 AM). Offer / bid received after above mentioned date shall not be considered. Bid shall be opened on same day i.e. 18.05.2017 at 11.00 AM at contract services.
