3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

HIRING OF 250 MT CRAWLER CRANE FOR GADARWARA STPP

Minimum details to be furnished by the bidder in their bid for the offered crane: i. Crane name and model.

ii.Capacity of crane in basic boom.

iii.Length of main boom.

iv.Length of luffing boom and luffing jib.

v.No. of hook blocks for main hook and luffing jib with individual capacity of each hook block. (If required, NTPC will ask for additional hook blocks to meet job requirement at the time of mobilisation or during execution of work. This will be done by contractor at no additional cost.)

vi.Load charts from the crane manufacturer.

vii.Year of make of the crane.

viii.Rate of diesel consumption per engine running hour.

6.0Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following Qualifying Requirements:

Technical Criteria

a)The bidder should be owner of Crawler Crane of 250 MT or above capacity whose manufacturing date is not earlier than five (05) years old as on date of Techno-commercial bid opening.

b)The bidder should have executed #Hiring/Leasing of Cranes Contract (s) with atleast one (01) crane of not less than 150MT capacity within the preceding seven (07) years reckoned as on date of techno-commercial bid opening in:

i)Single Contract of value not less than #75 Lakh or

ii)Two Contracts of value not less than #47 Lakh each or

iii)Three Contracts of value not less than #38 Lakh each

Note: The word #executed# means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above QR within the preceding seven

(7)years period even if the contract has been started earlier and / or is not completed / closed. Financial Criteria:

The average annual Turn-over of the Bidder in preceding three (03) Financial Years shall not be less than #93.70 lakh (Rupee Ninety-Three Lakh Seventy Thousand only).

In case where audited result for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statement from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

Note: Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
