1.Eligibility Criteria:-

a)Bidder must be a PAP(s) of NTPC.

(Bid documents shall be issued to Local PAP(s) only. Interested PAPs should apply along with copy of documents confirming their PAPs status and ID Number/relevant Document, failing which the Bid Documents shall not be issued, and Bid if submitted shall be rejected).

b)Bidder must be an owner of 32 seater & above Bus of model 2015 or later, registered in the name/firm’s name. The documentary evidence of the same shall be submitted along with the Bid

OR

In case Bidder does not own the vehicle, he should submit:

1.Letter of undertaking (in original on non- judicial Stamp paper of Rs 10/-) that; ‘In case of award , agency will deploy the requisite Bus within one month period along with all relevant and valid documents from the date of notification of award, failing which EMD shall be liable for forfeiture.’

2.Proof of financial capacity of Value INR 15 Lakhs, from the banker/financial Institution, in the form of Saving Bank a/c/Current Bank A/c/ NSC/KVP/Bankers Certificate or any other financial instrument either individually or in combination taken together.

OR

Comfort letter from any nationalized bank that the bidder would be sanctioned a loan for purchase of new vehicles and the Bidder’s financial capacity of the balance amount other than the loan, in any of the forms mentioned above.

(In absence of above Documentary Evidences, the Bids shall be rejected)
