3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.
4.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

Following document shall be submitted offline well in advance before opening of bid subscribing on respective envelop as Envelop No 1 & Envelop no 2 as below:
Envelop No 1. This envelop is meant for EMD (Bid Security Deposit) only: Bidder shall submit the requisite EMD only in Envelop No 1.
Envelop No 2. This envelop is meant for QR document only: Bidder shall submit the requisite documents pertaining to Qualifying Requirements only in Envelop No 2.
PRICE BID: Opening date for Price Bid shall be intimated to the technically qualified bidders only.
e-payment of EMD: E-Payment by Credit Card/Debit card/Net Banking on the NTPC e-tender portal. (Note: Upon successful E-payment on the portal, an e-receipt shall be issued to the bidder by the system, a copy of which is to be submitted by the bidder with the bid as document towards e-payment of EMD).

1. The bidder should be a manufacturer |
of mobile crane or their authorized dealer. |
2.The bidder should have supplied 40 MT or higher size mobile crane, during last Seven years as on date of bid opening for either of the following values:
a)Three executed orders each costing not less than INR 56.00 lacs.
OR
b)Two executed orders each costing not less than INR 70.00 lacs.
OR
c)One executed order costing not less than INR 112.00 lacs
3.The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during last Three (3) financial years as on date of bid opening should not be less than INR 140.00 Lacs.
Notes:
A. The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed / closed.
B. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
C. In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters,
the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

Documentary evidence towards proof of supply/execution shall be submitted by way of furnishing the Invoice, GR/LR, PO copies, payment proof etc.
The prospective bidders in order to able to download the bidding documents shall be required to register themselves with the NTPC website which shall be a onetime process.
In case the bidder fails to submit the documents in the support of meeting the QR, the offer shall be liable for rejection.
Offer of the bidder not fulfilling the QR shall be rejected and shall not be considered for evaluation further. |

NTPC shall not be responsible for any postal /courier delay. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. |

|

Notwithstanding anything stated above, the NTPC reserves the right to |

perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in |

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
