5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Scope of work includes Design, Manufacture, Supply, Inland Transportation, Transit Insurance, Local delivery, Installation, inspection and Testing, and handing over and 3 Years Warranty of Personal Computers (All-in-One) for Hydro Region HQ, Dehradun (UK), and Projects/Station at Koldam (HP), Tapovan (UK) & Rammam (Sikkim)

6.0Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1The bidder should be a Manufacturer/ OEM of Personal Computers (PCs) having facility in India for manufacture of PCs

OR

The bidder should be a Subsidiary / Dealer / Channel Partner of the Manufacturer/OEM as above as on the date of bid opening of techno commercial proposal. Such bidder should be duly authorized by Manufacturer/OEM as above for this tender.

Note for Clause 7.1: PCs include Desktop/All-in-One (AIO)

7.2The bidder or Manufacturer/OEM should have Microsoft certification for pre loading of Windows Operating System.

7.3The Bidder should have executed anyone of following work which includes supply of PCs/laptops/Workstations in India in the preceding seven (07) years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal:

a) One work costing not less than Rs. 13256640/- (Rupees one crore thirty two lakh fifty six thousand six hundred & fourty only).

OR

b) Two works costing not less than Rs. 8285400/- (Rupees eighty two lakhs eighty five thousand & four hundred only) each .

OR

c) Three works costing not less than Rs.6628320/- (Rupees sixty six lakhs twenty eight thousand three hundred & twenty only) each.

Note for Clause 7.3

-The work "executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/closed. However, supply of PCs/laptops/Work stations must be included in the work executed as per client certificate.

-In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal as certified by the client shall be considered. However, supply of PCs/laptops/Workstations must be included in the work executed as per client certificate.

7.4.2In case of bidder does not satisfy the financial criteria, stipulated at 7.4.1 above on its own, its holding company would be required to meet the stipulated turnover requirements.

7.4.3In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year as on the date of opening of Techno- commercial bid are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the Certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available

7.4.4In case the Bidder is not able to furnish its audited financial statements on standalone entity basis, the un-audited unconsolidated financial statements of the Bidder can be considered acceptable provided the Bidder further furnishes the following documents for substantiation of its qualification

(a) Copies of the un-audited unconsolidated financial statements of the Bidder along with copies of the audited consolidated financial statements of its Holding Company.

(b) A Certificate from the CEO/CFO of the Holding Company, as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents, stating that the un-audited unconsolidated financial statements form part of the Consolidated Annual Report of the Company.

(c) #Holding Company# and #Subsidiary# shall have the meaning ascribed to them as per Companies Act of India, in vogue.
