3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at New Delhi or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

FOLLOWING IS THE MAJOR SCOPE OF WORK:

1.The scope of work for the subject mentioned above includes #Renovation & refurbishing of various class rooms/halls at P M I, sector 16 A, Noida, after removing old carpet, existing false ceiling, existing aluminum window, blinds, wall paneling from Narmada, Arbindo, Kaveri, Nalanda, Ganga, Yamuna & C. V. Raman halls of PMI, Noida by providing laminated wall paneling, new metal & gypsum false ceiling, aluminum partition, glazed aluminum window, Armstrong/auntone fabric wall panels and new machine tufted carpet and other repair/ finishing related works complete as per item of BOQ.

2.All old conduits, wiring for light, power, circuits, earthling, cables for TV etc are to be replaced by new wiring, conducts new power points, Modular switches /6pin, tel. socket for TV, antenna point, blanking plate, UTP4 pair, CAT 6 LAN, SP&N MCB 4ways,6ways, RCCBS etc to be executed as per respective BOQ items.

6.0Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1The bidder should have executed any of the following construction / renovation/ Interior work of building during preceding seven years as reckoned from the date of techno-commercial bid opening.

a.One work having order value not less than Rs.183.26 lacs (Rs. One Hundred Eighty Three Lac Twenty Six Thousand Only)

b.Two works having order value not less than Rs.114.54 lacs (Rs. One Hundred Fourteen Lac Fifty Four Thousand Only) each

c.Three works having order value not less than Rs.91.63 lacs (Rs. Ninety One Lac Sixty Three Thousand Only) each

The work #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/closed.

In case of contract under execution, the value of work executed till the date of bid opening as certified by Employer shall be considered.

7.2 Bidder's average turnover for the last three financial years should be at least Rs. 229.07 lacs (Rs. Two Hundred Twenty Nine Lac Seven Thousand Only)

NOTE:

2.1) While computing the turnover, other income shall not be considered.

2.2) In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

2.3) In case, bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as on the date of techno commercial bid opening and the certificate from the practicing Chartered Account certifying the financial parameters is not available

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
