3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at New Delhi or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The Bidder's scope of work as per the conditions of contract and technical specifications includes supply, installation, commissioning, CMS, transportation, transit insurance, receipt, unloading, handling, storage at site, lifting and movement of the system to the installation location, quality check of the system for the Data Centre of NTPC Ltd. located at Room No. 213, R&D Building, NOIDA (U.P.).

The Bidder shall be responsible for dismantling of the existing Air Purification System, Installation of New Air Purification System and providing all material, equipment and spares as covered in technical specifications. Services specified otherwise which are required to fulfill the intent of ensuring operability, maintainability and the reliability of the complete work shall also be considered under this specification.

Bidder is expected to visit the location to get a clear idea of the scope of work prior to quoting.

6.0Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1The bidder should have executed the work of supply & Installation of Air Purification System of Min Capacity 1000 CFM during the last seven (07) years as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening and having contract value of any one of the following

a.One executed work having value not less than Rs 14.36 Lac (Rupees Fourteen Lac Thirty Six Thousand only)

b.Two executed works having value not less than Rs 8.98 Lac (Rupees Eight Lac Ninety Eight thousands only) each.

OR
c.Three executed works having	value not less than Rs 7.18 Lac (Rupees Seven Lac Eighteen thousand only) each

The work #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/closed.

In case of contract under execution, the value of work executed till the date of bid opening as certified by Employer shall be considered.

7.2The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening, should not be less than Rs16.44 Lac (Rupees Sixteen Lac Fourty Four thousand only).

NOTE:
2.1)While computing the annual	turnover, other income shall not be considered.

2.2)In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year is not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

2.3)In case, bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as on the date of techno commercial bid opening and the certificate from the practicing Chartered Account certifying the financial parameters is not available

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
