3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Procurement of Energy Efficient LT Motors required for TTPS Main Plant and Offsite areas.

NOTE: Pre Despatch Inspection by NTPC,RIO representative at Party's works shall be done for all items.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 Brief Scope of Work

Supply of Energy Efficient (IE3 Class) LT Motors required for TTPS main plant and off site areas. 2.0 Delivery Period: 6 months (from the date of Purchase Order)

3.0 Qualifying Requirements

The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding should fulfill the following Qualifying Requirements. I. Technical QR:-

(i)The bidder must be a manufacturer/authorized dealer or distributor of a manufacturer of Energy Efficient Motors (IE3 or IE2 Class).

(ii)The bidder must have experience of having successfully executed order for supply of LT/HT Energy Efficient Motors (IE3 or IE2 Class) to any industrial utility/organization during last seven (7) years reckoned as on the date of bid opening date with either of the following:-.

a) Single order of value at least Rs.143.20 Lac OR

b) Two similar orders of value at least Rs. 89.50 Lac each OR

c) Three similar orders of value at least Rs.71.60 Lac each

Note: Similar order means the bidder should have the experience of having successfully executed order for supply of LT/HT Energy Efficient Motor (IE3 or IE2 Class).

II. Financial Criteria:

a.Average Annual turnover (ATO) : The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening shall be not less than Rs.357.98 Lakh (Rupees Three Crore Fifty Seven Lakh Ninety Eight Thousand Only)

b.The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the specified QR para 4.0 (I) even if total order is not completed /closed.

c.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover as specified in QR para 4.0(II)(a).

d.In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable for last preceding finance year only.

e.In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters for last preceding finance year, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the Certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

4.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assess the bidder#s capability & capacity to perform the contract.

5.0 Additional Information: The following information is required from the bidder about the companies where similar orders have been executed.

(i) Name of the customer/ company where similar order has been executed. (ii) Year of supply/commissioning.

(iii) Name & designation (Phone No. Fax No. email-id) of contact person of the customer.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
