For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.
5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
1)SCOPE OF WORK: SUPPLY AND RETROFITTING OF EQUIPMENTS AS PER BOQ AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS MENTIONED IN THE TENDER DOCUMENTS.

2) INSPECTION & QUALITY TERMS:

(B)VENDOR TO SUBMIT WARRANTY/GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 18 MONTHS/12 MONTHS FROM DISPATCH/COMMISIONING, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER, AGAINST ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND BAD WORKMANSHIP.
3) DELIVERY PERIOD: TWENTY FOUR (24) MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF CONFIRM ORDER.
4) PBG: PARTY TO SUBMIT PERFORMANCE BANK GUARANTEE (PNG) FOR 10% OF TOTAL ORDER VALUE.
5) EVALUATION CRITERIA: BID EVALUATION SHALL BE DONE ON "OVERALL/ LUMPSUM BASIS", i.e. Sum Total of Supply + Erection & Retrofitting Charges".
6) PAYMENT TERMS:
(i) FOR SUPPLY PART:
(a) 70% Payment shall be released on receipt & acceptance of material at site.
(b) 20% Payment shall be released on successful testing & Commissioning on

6.0Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
1.0The bidder should have executed the job of manufacturing, supply, #installation/supervision of installation# and #Commissioning/supervision of commissioning# of at least one hundred (100) numbers of Vacuum Circuit Breakers using its own Vacuum Bottles for 11 kV and/or 6.6 kV level with a rating of 40 kA rms BREAKING, 100 kA peak MAKING and 40 kA withstand for one (1) second for any NTPC stations/SEBs/Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/#NSE or BSE enlisted Company# within the preceding seven
