Scope of work in this package shall include housekeeping and area maintenance works for Boiler & miscellaneous at
6.0Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The bidder who wishes to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following Qualifying Requirements:-
1. Technical Criteria:
1.1The Bidder should have executed any work in operation/Operational assistance or Erection or Maintenance (Shift support or job Contract) or House Keeping or Material Handling/Material shifting work in an organization of following value during last seven (07) years prior to the date of
1.2The bidder should have experience of successfully executed order during last seven (07) years of following:
One order valuing not less than Rs 64.51 Lacs.
OR
Two orders valuing not less than Rs 40.32 Lacs each.
OR
Three orders valuing not less than Rs. 32.26 Lacs each.
2. Financial Criteria:
2.1The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of techno commercial bid opening shall be not less than Rs. 80.64 Lacs.
NOTE:
(i) Other Income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
(ii) The word #executed# means that the |
bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR at para 1.2 even |
if the total order is not completed/closed. |
The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner. |
(iii)The bidder shall submit documentary evidence/proof of meeting qualifying requirements stipulated above.
(iv)In case where audited result for the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid opening are not
available, the financial result certified by a practicing chartered accountant shall |
be |
considered acceptable. In case bidder |

is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying |
his financial parameters, the audited |
|||
result of three consecutive |
financial year preceding the last financial year shall |
be |
considered for evaluating the financial |
|
parameter. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per |
the |
format enclosed in the bidding |
||
document stating that the financial result of the company are under audit as |
on |
the date of techno commercial bid |
||
opening and the certificate |
from the practicing chartered accountant certifying the |
financial |
parameters is not available. |

v)The following information is required to be furnished by all bidders about the companies where similar orders have been executed:
01. Name of the Customer/ Company where similar order has been executed.
02. Year of execution.
03. Name & Designation (Phone No, Fax No., Email Id) of Contact Person of the Customer.
vi)Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assesss the capabilities and capacity of the bidder/his collaborators/ associates/ subsidiaries/ group companies to perform the contract should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of NTPC.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
