3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

6.0Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

SUBJECT : DEMOLITION OF 300 NOS. QUARTERS AT TALCHER THERMAL STATION TOWNSHIP.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

1.0 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK :

The Scope of work under this package shall include demolition of 300 nos. quarters in Sec II, III, IV & BHEL Colony of TTPS Township area.

2.0 ESTIMATED VALUE : Rs.93.77 Lac.

3.0 DURATION OF CONTRACT : 06 Months.

4.0 QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS : -

The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following requirements.

(I) TECHNICAL QR :-

(a)The bidder should have successfully executed civil construction works / Civil maintenance works / civil demolition works involving civil masonary works including RCC/PCC works at any industrial organization / utility.

(b)The bidder must have executed similar work during last seven (07) years reckoned as on the date of bid opening having value not less than the followings:-

a) Value of Rs.75.02 Lacs each in case of single similar order, or

b)Value of Rs.46.89 Lacs each in case of two similar orders, or

c) Value of Rs.37.51 Lacs each in case of three similar orders.

Note :- Similar works means any Civil Construction Works / Civil maintenance works / Civil Demolition works having civil masonary works including RCC/PCC works at any industrial organization / utility.

(II) FINANCIAL CRITERIA: -

(A) AVERAGE ANNUAL TURNOVER:

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of bid opening, shall not be less than INR 187.54 Lacs (Rupees One Crore Eighty Seven Lakh Fifty Four Thousand only)

(B)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the process specified QR para 4.0 (I) even if total contract is not completed / closed.

(C)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover as specified in QR para 4.0 (II) (i).

(D)In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable for last preceding finance year only.

In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant Certifying its financial parameters for last preceding finance year, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the Certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

5.0Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of the Bidder

/his collaborators / associates / subsidiaries / group companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.

6.0Additional Information :-

The following information is required from the contractor about the companies where similar orders have been executed.

1)Name of the customer / company where similar order has been executed.

2)Year of execution.

3)Name & Designation (Phone No., Fax No., Email ID) of contract person of the customer.

7.0Tender documents shall be sent Online only to those vendors who deposit the tender fee at least 7 days before the tender document sale closing day to enable the contracts department to send the bid documents in the email id of the agency in time. The

agencies who are not registered with NTPC Ltd as vendors and have not been issued vendor codes are to apply for vendor code along with the following details like PAN card, address, telephone & mobile No. Fax No, email id, company registration documents etc. For depositing of the tender online, a valid Class IIIB digital signature of the authorized person of the agency is a prerequisite. The agencies having NTPC vendor code must apply at least two days before the last date of document sale.

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
