3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

6.0Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

8.0Brief Description of items:- Annual Maintenance of Motorized Actuators and Manpower Assistance in maintenance work of C&I stage-I & II.

9.0Qualifying Requirements of Bidders:

1. The bidder should have experience of executing of maintenance of C&I/Electrical equipment work for 200 MW or above capacity unit & having minimum contract value as indicated below, during last 7 (seven) years, ending last day of the month previous to the date of NIT.

a.Three executed/completed contracts, as above, of cost not less than Rs. 18 Lakhs each.

OR

b.Two executed/completed contracts, as above, of cost not less than Rs. 23 Lakhs each.

OR

c.One executed/completed contract, as above, of cost not less than Rs. 36 Lakhs.

2.The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) completed financial years ending with Financial Year 2015# 16 should be at least Rs. 22 Lakhs.

3.Note:-

1.Work shall be split into part-A & part-B basis.

2.The work shall be awarded on split basis in two parts as per the evaluation criteria enclosed.

Evaluation Criteria

For modality of evaluation & smooth functioning following evaluation criteria to be adopted. This will be the part of tender documents.

1.The tender enquiry has been clubbed together indicating separate BOQ quantity in each item for part-A and part-B,

will be issued to all

parties.

For part-B one extra Supervisor (HSW) is required to execute the jobs. This extra cost to

be loaded in service

2.L-1 will be determined in the basis of overall quoted value of the both parts clubbed together in accordance to that seniority will be made.

3.While awarding part-A and B, will be awarded to two different parties on seniority basis with respective BOQ quantity and same rate , terms & conditions of the contract except service Sl.No.10.10(part-A) & Sl.No.20.10(part-B).

4.While awarding the contract, the next lowest bidder in seniority under consideration by NTPC is to match with the agreed L-1 rate of that respective package. If no other bidder agrees to execute the work at agreed L-1 rate, the remaining package will also be awarded to the L-1 bidder.

5.Decision of NTPC will be final for allocation of package for which the party cannot claim in whatsoever form

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
