1.NTPC, a Maharatna CPSU under Ministry of Power, Govt. of India is constructing 120MW capacity (3x40 MW) Hydro Power Project known as
2.NTPC, invites applications for enlistment of Agencies/Contractors for works contracts / service packages working with Central / State Govt / Central or State PSU’s or private sector organizations. The List of services/works for which is required at NTPC, Rammam is enclosed at Annexure A.

4.The following documents are to be enclosed with this NIA .
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Kindly read the following instructions carefully.
1.Down load the Application Form along with other information from this website or Visit
the office of AGM(C&M), Rammam to get the Application Form along with other information during 10th Nov 2016(9.30 am) to 10 Dec. 2016(5.30 pm).
2.The filled up Application Form complete in all respects (i.e. along with requisite documents) may be sent by registered Post at the following address
3.Applications received on or before the last date i.e. 15 December 2016 (upto 5.30 pm) shall only be considered for evaluation.
4.NTPC shall not be responsible for any postal delay, loss or
5.Read Qualifying Requirements for the Category in which vendor enlistment is being applied. The following documents are to be submitted along with the filled up application form in support of meeting the Qualifying Requirements :
a)Details of Constitution of Firm like Partnership Deed/ Affidavit for Proprietorship/ Certificate of Incorporation / Memorandum & Articles of Association, Registration certificate including latest changes in the Constitution of the Firm, if any.
b)Copy of PAN, TIN or proof of having applied for PAN,TIN .
c) Copy of PF number or proof of having applied for PF to enlist for works. For enlistment in
d)Documentary evidence issued by the Employer as proof of value of work executed / completed in the form of Job completion certificate / Final Deviation Order / Copies of measurement book (R/A bills) / Proof of receipt of payment / Purchase Orders / Work Orders . The document should clearly indicate the executed / completed value of the work and period (giving start date and end date) during which the work has been executed / completed. An Employer means Central or State Government dept/ Central or State Public Sector Undertaking / Semi Government Organization or a reputed Private Company.
e)Proof of Annual Turn Over or Balance Sheet duly certified by Chartered Accountant for last 03 years ending on 31.03.2016. In case audited balance sheet for
f)Documents in support of valid ‘A’ class Electrical License / Contractor as applicable to enlist for Electrical works.
g)Independent ST Registration No. with any State/CST No. /VAT registration no. and Service Tax if any, wherever applicable;
6.The past performance of works executed at NTPC, Rammam any other NTPC office/projects shall also be taken into consideration for the enlistment of existing Contractors/Suppliers.
7.The Vendor Enlistment shall be valid for a period of 03 years w.e.f. date of approval.
8.Evaluation criteria for Enlistment: For the purpose of enlistment, applicants shall be evaluated on the basis of the stipulated qualifying requirements
9.The business dealings with the enlisted agencies may be suspended if prima facie, it is found that the agency is involved in an offence of unethical business dealings.
10.Even though an applicant may satisfy the above requirements he would be liable for disqualification if he has made misleading or
11.The bidders, who are presently banned from business by NTPC- Corporate Centre/ NTPC- HRHQ /Rammam as on 20.12.2016, shall not be considered for enlistment. They shall be considered for enlistment only after expiry of their banning period & revoking of the banning order, and shall have to apply against future enlistment notices issued by NTPC.
12.NTPC, has in place a Vendor Performance Review mechanism. The enlistment of the vendor shall also be liable for cancellation if the performance of the vendor is not found to be satisfactory by NTPC.
13.The applicant shall strictly adhere to the “Fraud Prevention Policy” of NTPC as well as Policy & Procedure for withholding and Banning of Business Dealings displayed on its tender website http://www.ntpctender.com.
14.All cost incurred by applicants for preparing and submitting the application, providing clarification or any other expenses whatsoever shall be borne by applicants themselves.
11.NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof. Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assess the bidder's capability and capacity to perform the contract. Should the circumstances warrant such an assessment may be done in the overall interest of NTPC and decision of NTPC in this regard shall be final and binding.
