Subject : Hiring of 01 (One) Number 24 + 1 seater mini bus for 24 hours duty for deploying & relieving of Loco Drivers & attendants at different location in MGR circuit (MP & UP) at NTPC – Vindhyachal,

Sealed Bids are invited from the agencies / owner of One Number 24 + 1 seater mini bus for deploying & relieving of Loco Drivers & attendants at different location in MGR circuit at NTPC – Vindhyachal for a period of 02 (two) years, which may be extended if required for further one year on satisfactory performance.

Interested bidders may apply for tender documents on submission of application as per following terms & conditions:

Special instruction for bidders :

1.The bidder is to be submit their bids in two envelopes i.e..

(i) Envelope I - Technical bids & (ii) Envelope – II Price bid (Separately)

2.Technical bid shall comprise of

a.EMD of Rs 10,000.00 to be submitted in the form of D/D in the name of NTPC Ltd. payable at

Vindhyanagar from State Bank of India or Union Bank of India along with technical bid and same should be super scribed on the top of envelope.

b.Affidavit for deployment of vehicle as per model & terms and conditions of NIT No. 6234- 224-3838 within 30 days from the date of award letter duly notorised on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 10.00.

c.Scope of work, terms & conditions duly signed & accepted.

3.Price bids comprises of Bill of Quantity clearly indicating their price & commercial terms, if any.

4.Envelope – I i.e. technical bid shall be opened first and Envelope – II i.e. Price bid of only those bidders shall be opened, whose technical bid have been found suitable as per Point No. 2 above conditions.

5.All legal documents as per following to be submitted before deployment of vehicle :

a.Registration Certificate (vehicle should be owned by bidder only).

b.Comprehensive Insurance

c.Driving License

d.Valid road permit for MP & UP

e.Fitness certificate

6.Vehicle shall be registered in the name of agency

7.The evaluation of the bidder shall be on L1 (Lowest) basis.

8.EMD details and submission for letter of undertaking / Affidavit should be super scribed on the envelope of technical bid, otherwise same may liable for rejection.

9.Bidder to submit their price bid as per following format only in a separate page and no any deviation shall be accepted. If any deviation is found, the bid may liable to be rejected.

REMARKS :

1.Service Tax shall be paid extra as applicable.

2.Provision shall be made in PO for Lump-sum amount of Rs. 10,64,340.00 for reimbursement of cost of diesel and Rs. 01,39,200.00 for UP passenger tax, which shall be paid as per actual on production of documentary evidence. The cost of diesel shall be paid as per diesel consumption specified in contract condition. Therefore agency shall quote their rate for hiring of vehicle only.

10.Scope of works and terms & conditions shall be as per attached list. Bidders may submit their bids as per scope of works and terms & conditions only. Scope of work / BOQ etc. may be obtained from Contract Services, NTPC – Vindhyachal.

The bids with relevant documents may be sent or submitted in the office of undersigned at NTPC, Vindhyanagar latest by 30.11.2016 (10.30 AM). Applications received after 16.11.2016 as mentioned in Press NIT shall not be considered. Bid shall be opened on 30.11.2016 at 11.00 AM at contract services. If the last date of receipt of applications happens to be a holiday, then the applications shall be received & opened on next working day. In case of any query bidder may also contact Mob.
