1NTPC invites on-line bids on Single Stage Two Envelope bidding basis from eligible bidders for above said package as per the Scope of Work briefly mentioned hereinafter.

2BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK:

The scope includes Deployment of 17-Seater Mini Bus for School Children & Other Duties for a period of 24 months, as per scope of work, terms & conditions. The detailed scope of work is available in Section V.

The bidder after transferring the money through ECS shall intimate NTPC in the address of

along with an application. The bidders shall also indicate the unique transaction reference of the

 

ECS transaction in their application for enabling the participation of the bidder by NTPC.

 

 

 

 

 

6Bid Security and Power of Attorney (as per ITB clause no 11.3.1(b)) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

7QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDERS

The Bidder who wishes to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that it fulfills the Qualifying Requirements stipulated hereunder:-

Technical:

(i)The bidder should be sole owner or joint owner or in possession of vehicle through power of attorney, of a bus/mini bus with minimum 17 (seventeen) seat capacity. The age of vehicle (to be determined based on the first registration of the vehicle) shall not be more than one year as on date of first bid opening

or

The bidder should submit an undertaking to own and deploy within one month of the award of the contract, mini bus with the above specification.

The relevant documents shall be submitted along with the bid and all claims need to be supported by documentary evidence.

8NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/ withdraw the IFB for subject Package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

9Issuance of bid documents to any bidder shall not construe that such bidder is considered to be qualified. Bids shall be submitted and opened at the address given below in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend the bid opening.

10Transfer of Bidding Documents purchased by one intending Bidder to another is not permissible. Parties banned by any NTPC Projects, Corporate Centre /Southern Region HQ /NTPC- Kayamkulam are not eligible to participate.
