Expression of Interest for Disposal of Spares
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DISPOSAL OF SPARES:
1)The prospective buyers may submit their letter of Expression of Interest (EOI) either in person or post on their Letter Head at the below mentioned address giving their full address for correspondence, phone number, fax number, name of contact person along with email ID etc. However, NTPC shall not be responsible for postal loss or postal delay.
2)The list of spares available for disposal is displayed along with this NIT. The validity of this Press NIT will be for three months from the date of publication of this Press NIT.
3)The Expression of Interest must be received in the office of designated coordinator on or before 30.11.2016 between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM. Applications received beyond this date and time will be rejected summarily.
4)All correspondences will be addressed to Mr. Nishant, Manager(C&M/Stores) / Mr. Hemant Kumar Narvariya, Manager (C&M/Stores), who shall be the coordinators for disposal of subject spares. Email addresses are nishant@ntpc.co.in / hknarvariya@ntpc.co.in. Copy of such correspondence may also be forwarded to Mr. Arun Kumar, AGM (C&M) for better
5)Modalities of disposal of subject spares will be intimated to prospective bidders separately after the last date stipulated above.
6)Applications received from overseas buyers may also be considered.
7)Prospective parties may note that mere submission of EOI and/or submission of additional information do not automatically entitle them to claim for prequalification.
8)NTPC reserves the right to cancel the sale process fully or partially, withdraw items under sale fully or partially, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
