6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase ofbidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
6.1.The bidder must be a manufacturer of 630KVA, 11/0.433KV Transformer having their manufacturing facility in India.

manufacturer should have in house testing facility for 630KVA, 11/0.433KV Transformer in India. |

One order valuing not less than Rs. 17.52 Lacs.
OR
Two orders valuing not less than Rs. 10.95 Lacs each.
OR
Three orders valuing not less than Rs. 08.76 Lacs each.
6.4.Financial criteria: The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding (03) years as on the date of
bid opening shall be not less than Rs. 21.90 Lacs.
NOTE:
(i)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
(ii)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR at para 6.3 even if
the total order is not completed/closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner.
(iii)The bidder shall submit documentary evidence/proof of meeting qualifying requirements stipulated above.
(iv)In case where audited financial results for the last preceding financial year is not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable. In case bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying his financial parameters, the audited result of three consecutive financial year preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameter.
8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such
action.
