5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
The scope of work includes area development & paving works for proposed LWA plant at NTPC Sipat.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase ofbidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
5.1 The Bidder should have executed Civil work which includes concrete work (PCC/RCC), as per following within the preceding seven (7) years from the date of opening.
a) One order of value not less than Rs 91.03 Lakhs OR
b) Two orders of value not less than Rs 56.89 Lakhs each OR
c) Three orders of value not less than Rs 45.51 Lakhs each
5.2 The bidder should have experience of executing minimum 708 Cubic Meter concrete work (Cumulative PCC & RCC) in any one work.
5.3 Financial Criteria:

financial result certified by a practicing Chartered |
Accountant shall be acceptable. In case, bidder is not |

to submit |

certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited result of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the

5.3.3 While computing the annual turnover, other income shall not be considered.
8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such
action.
