5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
PROCUREMENT OF 220 NOS BOBR WAGONS FOR LARA STAGE-I IN Raigarh DIST OF STATE C.G.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase ofbidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
5.0 Qualifying requirements:
The bidders are required to fulfil the following.
5.1 Technical Criteria:
5.1.1 Bidder Should have executed orders for design, manufacture and supply or executed orders for manufacture and supply to RDSO design of:
a) Minimum of 1000 bogies wagons (8 wheelers). and
b) Minimum of 200 bogies of bottom open rapid discharge hopper wagon (8 wheelers) which must have been in successful operation for at least two (02) years as on date of techno commercial bid opening.

5.2 Financial Criteria:
5.2.1 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the the date of techno commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 8534 Lakh [Rupees Eighty Five Crores Thirty Four lakhs Only].

The net worth of the bidder as on the last day of the preceding financial year shall not |

unconsolidated financial statements of the bidder can be considered acceptable provided the bidder furnishes the following further documents on substantiation of its qualification.

A Certificate from the CEO/CFO of the Holding Company, as per the format |
enclosed |
in the bid documents, stating that |
the unaudited unconsolidated financial statements form part of the Consolidated |
Annual Report of the Company. |

(I) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual income.
(II) Net Worth means the sum total of the paid up share capital and free reserves. Free reserves means all reserves credited out of the profits and share premium account but does not include reserves credited out of the revaluation of the assets, write back of depreciation provision and amalgamation. Further any debit balance of profit and loss account and
miscellaneous expenses to the extent not adjusted of written off, if any, shall be reduced from reserves and surplus.
8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

As per provisions of bidding documents, the bidders shall submit online, #Techno-Commercial Proposal# in C-folder and #Price Proposal# in ITEM DATA, within the bid submission date and time as mentioned above. Only Techno-Commercial proposals will be opened on (13.09.2016) at 16.00 hrs (IST).
The date of opening of Price Proposal shall be intimated separately by NTPC after completion of evaluation of Techno-Commercial Proposal.
11.0 All the bids must be accompanied by Bid Security for an amount equivalent to Rs. 1,71,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Seventy One Lakhs only). ANY BID NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE BID SECURITY IN A SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE SHALL BE REJECTED BY NTPC AS BEING NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR OPENING.
