5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of
bidding documents. |

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders: |
|||

should have manufactured and supplied at least 2000 boiler tube protection shields in a single order to any of |

the |
thermal |
power plants of unit size 60 mw |
or above capacity during last seven(7)years ending last day of month |
previous to the date of NIT. |

should have manufactured and supplied fabricated engineering materials during last seven (07) years ending |
|
last |
day of |
month previous to the date of NIT having minimum contract values as indicated below : |

a. |
One order of value not less than |
Rs.54 Lakh |

b. Two orders, each of value not less than Rs.34 Lakh
OR
c. Three orders, each of value not less than Rs.27 Lakh
FINANCIAL CRITERIA:

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three(3) completed financial years shall not be less than Rs.68 Lakh.
NOTE:
------
(i) The work / order executed means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR, even if the total contract/order is not completed/closed. In case of contract/order under execution as on last date of the month proceeding the month of publication of NIT, the value of work/order executed till such date will be considered.
(ii) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
(iii)In cases where audited results of the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing
chartered accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
