4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) ofthe cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DADRI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & COMMISIONING OF DEW POINT METER (FOR MOISTURE MEASUREMENT IN TRANSPORT AIR COMPRESSOR FOR AHP)
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase ofbidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
1.0 The tenderer should be manufacturer of Dew Point Meter, having facility of after sales services. Or
An authorised agent of a manufacturer of Dew Point Meter, having facility of after sales services and having after sales support tie up with the manufacturer.

The supplied equipment |
should have completed at least one(01) year successful operation after commissioning as on |

last day of the month previous to the NIT publication. |

3.0 |
The Bidder |
should have |
executed any one of the following similar work during the #preceding seven(7) years# ending |
as |

previous to the NIT publication: |
i) One similar order valuing not less than Rs. 5.70 Lacs OR
ii) Two similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 3.56 Lacs OR
iii) Three similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 2.85 Lacs
4.0 The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding three(3) financial years ending 31st March of previous financial year should not be less than Rs. 7.12 Lacs
Note:
a. The #Similar# works means any work which includes supply, erection and commissioning of Dew Point Meter.
b. The work #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contact is started earlier and/or is not completed/closed.
c. Incase of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the last day of the month previous to the NIT publication as certified by the client shall be considered.
d. While computing the annual turnover, other income shall not be considered. In cases where audited results for the last
financial year as on the date of technical bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. 8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
