Overhauling of 01 No. Gas Turbine at DGPS

Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of

bidding documents.

7.0

Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0

The

Bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Siemens design Gas

Turbines model

no. V

94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station.

OR

2.0

The Bidder should be a #Overhauling Agency# for Gas Turbine and must either himself possess or have access to

the

necessary technology / know-how for #Overhauling / Major Inspection# of Gas Turbine

of Siemens

design

Gas

Turbine

model V94.2, installed

at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station having ISO rating of 142.2 MW at TIT of 1060 Deg C.

AND

The

bidder should have successfully completed #Overhauling / Major Inspection# of at least

two (2) Nos.

of

Gas

Turbines of Siemens design having minimum 80 MW ISO rating, and the overhauled Gas

Turbine

should have individually completed successful operation of at

least 15,000 EOH since

overhauling

prior

to

the

date of techno-commercial bid opening.

OR

3.0

The bidder can be a licensee or an Authorized Agent of Either Gas Turbine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

for

Gas

Turbine

model V 94.2

as installed at NTPC Dadri Gas

Power Station

(Qualifying

1.0) OR

#Overhauling

Agency#

(Qualifying 2.0). In such

case, the bidder

can be considered

qualified based

on the experience of

the Principal

who meets the requirements mentioned at 1.0 OR 2.0

above.

3.0

The bidder should have executed the work of Overhauling/ Major Inspection meeting any one of the following criteria

during the #preceding seven (7) years# ending as on last day of the month previous to the NIT publication :

One similar order valuing not less than Rs. 9.41 Millions.

OR

Two similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 5.88 Millions

OR

Three similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 4.70 Millions.

4.0

The

average

annual financial

turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3)

financial years as on

date

of

bid

financial results

certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able

to submit the

Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of

documents stating that the

financial

results of the company are under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid

opening and the certificate

from the

practicing Chartered accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.
