5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
#The scope of work under this Contract is for repairing of road on bund top of
#The scope of work covers Preparation of Sub grade by excavation of top bund at damaged portion 7650 M2,embanking the sides of road by excavated earth 275mm height ,Downstream side slope 4250 M2 and compacting the same . The scope of work covers supply, stacking and spreading of Coarse aggregate
#The Scope of work comprises Earth work, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with roller of ½ tonne capacity and every third layer with min.8 tonne capacity, dressing embankment, filling ground depressions /undulations. Supplying and filling Coarse aggregate of different sizes, Moorum /Hard Moorum in layers not exceeding 300mm, for all leads and lifts, watering and compacting each layer to minimum of 95% of relative density with suitable mechanical equipment if required, dressing, with all labor, material, equipment, handling, transportation, etc. for all types of works at all levels, complete as per instructions of the
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The bidders are required to fulfil the following:
a) The bidder should have successfully executed contract(s) of #Road Works including WBM# of following values, during the last seven (07) years as on date of bid opening in:
(i)Single Contract of value not less than |
51.0 Lakhs. |

(ii)Two contracts of value not less than |
32.0 Lakhs each. |

(iii)Three contracts of value not less than |
26.0 Lakhs each. |
b)The average annual financial turnover of the Bidder during the preceding Three (03) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than INR 64 Lakhs (Rupees Sixty Four Lakhs only).
c)In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on date of
Notes:
1)Other Income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
2)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above QR within preceding Seven (07) years period even if the contract has been started earlier and/or is not completed /closed.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

11. Initial steps for participating in our
Before downloading/ viewing the tender document, bidder has to pay requisite tender fee either through payment gateway by clicking on #pay tender fee# after login in our SRM site or send D/D to us directly, which should reach us at least three working days prior to Last Date of Tender Fee Payment.
11.2. Vendors already having SAP Vendor Code, but do not have SRM login ID and Password

3.Benefits to Micro & Small Scale Industries
Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered with District Industries Centres or Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or National Small Industries Corporation or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as per MSMED Act 2006, for goods produced and services rendered, shall be issued the bidding documents free of cost and shall be exempted from paying Earnest Money Deposit. Such parties can sent the request for Tender Documents along with a photocopy of valid registration certificate preferably attested by Gazetted Officer/ Ist Class Magistrate/ notarised, giving details such as validity, stores and monetary limits, failing which they run the risk of their bid being passed over as ineligible for this concession. The documents with regard to the same should reach us at least three working days prior to Last Date of Tender Fee Payment.
