2.The average annual

financial turnover of the bidder during the preceding Three (03) financial years as on

the

date of

bid opening

shall not be less than INR 179 Lakhs (Rupees One Hundred Seventy Nine Lakhs only).

3.In

case where

audited results for the last financial year as on the date of bid opening are not available, the

financial

results certified

by a

practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit

the

certificate

from

practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three

consecutive

financial years

preceding the last financial year shall

be considered for evaluating the financial

parameters.

Further, a Certificate

would

be required from CEO/CFO as per the

format enclosed in the bidding documents

stating that

1)

Other Income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

2)

The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the

criteria specified in the above QR within

preceding seven (07) years period even if the contract has been started earlier

and/ or is not completed/ closed.

3. Benefits to Micro & Small Scale Industries

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered

Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board

MSMED Act 2006, for

goods produced and services rendered, shall be

issued the

bidding documents free of cost and

shall be exempted from

paying Earnest Money Deposit. Such parties can sent the

request for Tender Documents along

with a photocopy of valid registration certificate preferably attested
