5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
1:The scope of work includes all types of horticulture works like development and maintenance works, watch and ward of lawn, hedges, edges, flower pot, beds, rosaries#, nurseries, trees, fencing work, insect/pest and diseases control,
2:The contractor shall be required to perform horticulture development & maintenance work in central park Permanent Township of NTPC/MOUDA. However, if required, he may be required to do the same anywhere in Township and Project Stage I & II, i.e., for whole Mouda STPP area including approach road from Ramtek Road for plant and township as per the instructions of the
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The bidders are required to fulfil the following:
1.The bidder should have executed/ completed contract(s) for #Horticulture and Miscellaneous Civil Works# of following values, during the last seven (07) years as on the date of bid opening in
(a) Single Contract of value not less than INR 67.00 Lakhs OR
(b) Two contracts of value not less than INR 42.00 Lakhs each OR
(c) Three contracts of value not less than INR 33.00 Lakhs each
2.The average annual financial turnover of the Bidder during the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than INR 83 Lakhs (Rupees eighty three lakhs only).
Note:
1) The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above Qualifying Requirements within preceding seven (07) years period, even if the contract has been started earlier and/ or is not completed/ closed.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

3.Benefits to Micro & Small Scale Industries
Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered with District Industries Centres or Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or National Small Industries Corporation or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as per MSMED Act 2006, for goods produced and services rendered, shall be issued the bidding documents free of cost and shall be exempted from paying Earnest Money Deposit. Such parties can sent the request for Tender Documents along with a photocopy of valid registration certificate preferably attested by Gazetted Officer/ Ist Class Magistrate/ notarised, giving details such as validity, stores and monetary limits, failing which they run the risk of their bid being passed over as ineligible for this concession. The documents with regard to the same should reach us at least three working days prior to Last Date of Tender Fee Payment.
