1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

#BI ENNIAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR 2016 # 17,2017-18 C&I SYSTEM OF STAGE-I# OF NTPC, KANIHA

EQUIPMENT INVOLVED IN THE CONTRACT:

Stage-I UNITS:- 2X500 MW

BOILER:- STEIN INDUSTRIES

The C&I systems of the boiler which is controlled using the Bailey Infi 90 System and all the field equipment connected and related to the system.

TURBINE:- ABB

The C&I systems of the ABB supplied turbine which is controlled using the Procontrol P13/ P14/ ABB/ Sulzer system and all the field equipment connected and related to the system.

BOP C&I:- DCS: Yokogawa Centum VP system.

The Balance Of Plant C&I system is controlled using the Yokogawa Centum VP for Unit-I and II and all the field equipments connected and related to the system.

OFFSITE C&I SYSTEMS:

This contract will also involve maintenance of C&I systems of various offsite like CHP, MGR, ASPH, DM plant, Raw Water Pump House, Cooling Towers, PT, AC Plant, Compressor House, CW pump House, H2 Plant, Chlorination Plant, Ash Brick Plant etc and other offsite connected and related to Stage I C&I system.

This contract is for the maintenance of the plant and equipments during routine maintenance, shift maintenance and overhauling maintenance of the systems. The work is to be carried out in Stage-I.

JOBS IN BRIEF:

#Preventive maintenance of the various equipments.

#Break down maintenance of various equipments.

#Manpower supply during overhauling of Stage I C&I systems.

#Servicing of power cylinders and pneumatic actuators during overhauling.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.The work/ order executed means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR, even if the total

audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

GENERAL INFORMATION TO BIDDER :

A.The bidder should have independent P.F. code number allotted by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. Copy of PF code allotted by RPFC must be submitted with technical bid.

B.Copy of Sales Tax registration/TIN, Service Tax registration & PAN.

C.In addition to the above the bidders have to fill in the enclosed check list and submit along with the bid. NTPC if so desire may verify the performance of the bidder from their respective clients.
