3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall	be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by
the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at	the address given		below. Any bid without an	acceptable Bid
Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated	as non-responsive by the employer and shall not			be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DISTRICT: KARIMNAGAR or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

2.IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY IN MATERIAL DESCRIPTION SHORT TEXT & LONG TEXT VENDOR SHALL FOLLOW LONG TEXT OF TECHNICAL SPECS.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The Qualifying Requirements Document is uploaded in C-Folder.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCUREMENT OF NUMERICAL RELAYS BI:40059137.

1.1) The Bidder should be a manufacturer of offered relays as per relevant IS/IEC standards. Certificate of incorporation / ISO certification / Factory license, etc. shall be submitted as a proof.

1.2) The Average Annual turnover of the bidder for the preceding Three (3) completed Financial years as on date of opening shall not be less than Rs.68.00 Lakhs. Bidders may pls. note that “Other Income” shall not be considered for arriving at Annual Turnover.

1.3) The bidder should have executed orders for Numerical relays for 6.6KV or above Switchgears during the last Seven (7) years meeting any one of the following criteria as on the date of bid opening.Executed PO copies along with Exc.Invoices / Comml Inv. Raised / Payment vouchers recd. against such orders / performance certificate from Clients, etc, shall be submitted by the bidder as documentary evidence. The executed order(s) shall be successfully in service for at least 2 years & performance feedback from the customer shall

be submitted to this efect.

a)Single Order value not less than Rs.55 Lakhs (Rs Fifty Five Lakhs only)

OR

b)Two Orders each of value not less than Rs 34 Lakhs (Rs Thirty Four Lakhs only)

OR

c)Three Orders each of value not less than Rs 27 Lakhs (Rs Twenty Seven Lakhs only)

AND

d) Bidder should have supplied & retrofitted minimum 20 Nos of Motor / Feeder (MV/HV) protection type Numerical relays thru' the two different orders.

2.0) Not withstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of the Bidder to perform the contract, should the cirumstances warrant such an assessment in the overall interset of NTPC.
