NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)
FOR
Annual contract for 360 degree Media Monitoring for ministry of Power related activities. [Domestic Competitive Bidding]
1.0NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:
3.0Bid Security shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.
4.0A complete set of Bidding documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non refundable) of the cost of the bidding documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed Account Payee Demand Draft in favor of NTPC Limited, payable at New Delhi/Noida or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart).
In order to be able to download the bidding documents the prospective bidders shall be required to compulsorily register themselves with the NTPC website which shall be a onetime process.
For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.
5.0Brief Scope of Work and other Specific details:
The brief scope of work includes 360 degree media monitoring services as Parliament Session real-time updates, Electronic media monitoring, Twitter monitoring, Facebook auditing, Print and Online news intelligence etc as per details given at Scope of Work and Technical Specification.
6.0Prospective Bidders from U.P State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1The bidder should have executed the works in preceding seven (07) years as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening for 360 degree media monitoring services including electronic/ social/ print/ online media monitoring.
1.1The firm /agency should be registered entity with registered office in India and a minimum 5 years of existence on the day of submission of bid.
1.2The firm / agency must have minimum 05 years experienced 10 professionals (at least Graduates) on its payrolls as permanent employees, on the day of technical bid opening and should have office in Delhi / NCR region.
1.3In a financial Year (April- March), the total value of all work orders must be more than ₹17,35,200.00 and contract value for each work shall not be less of ₹2,00,000.00.
The work "executed" means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR, even if the total contract is not completed / closed.
In case of contracts under execution as on date of techno-commercial bid opening, the value of work completed till the date of bid opening will be considered provided the value of executed work is certified by the employer.
8.0Issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Notice Inviting Tender [NIT] for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
