3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall

be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by

the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at

the address given

below. Any bid without an

acceptable Bid

Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated

as non-responsive by the employer and shall not

be opened.

Pulverizes to at least 2 (two) coal fired units, each

of 110 MW or higher capacity, located at two (2) different power

stations and which are in successful operation for at

least (2) two years as on the date of Bid opening with the same

type of grinding elements (centrifugally cast Ni-hard type or carbide

insert type or weld overlay or high chrome type or

sintered

cast type, using one or more

grinding rolls sets)

as

offered

by

the

bidder.

OR

1.2 a)

The bidder should be a

regular manufacturer

of

the type

of

grinding elements offered by him such as

should

have

supplied

at least

one hundred and fifty (150)

numbers of

28 inches

or

higher

size

such type grinding

rolls

for XRP/Raymond Bowl type

of

coal

pulveriser

during last

three years

as on the

date

of

Bid

opening

AND

The

bidder

should be

either

himself

or through

a company/

agency

in

which

he

has

controlling stake,

own

furnish proof of

ownership of

the

facilities along with his bid)

Manufacturing

Facilities:

I) Induction / Cupola/ Induction Arc furnace for melting iron 1 MT and above.

II) Machining facilities for inside bore.

III)

Centrifugal

casting machine

to

accommodate grinding Rolls of over 600 kg. (In case

bidder is offering Ni-Hard

rolls).

Testing Facilities:

I)

Hardness testing.

II)

Micro structure testing.

III)

Chemical composition testing.

IV) Ultrasonic testing machine to check tread to core bond.

V) Ultrasonic machine to check tread thickness.

VI) Magnetic particle testing machine.

VII)

Spectrometer / spectrogram.

VIII) Inside micrometers to check

inside taper measurement.

or hi-chrome or sintered cast type rolls ) for which his collaborator is qualified.

2) The

bidder must have executed the

supply

of vertical

coal Pulverisers

/ Grinding Elements for

coal mills

during

last seven (7) years reckoned as

on the

date of Bid

opening as per

following criteria:

A) Three executed purchase orders valuing not less than Rs.58.64 Lakh each.

OR

B) Two executed purchase orders valuing not less than Rs. 73.30 Lakh each.

OR

C) One executed purchase order valuing not less than Rs.117.28 Lakh.

3) The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on date of

bid opening shall

not be less than INR 146.60 Lacs.

Note:

contract is not

completed / closed. The same shall be supported

by documentary evidence issued by the owner.

Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial

year as on the date

of Techno commercial bid opening

are

not available , the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant

shall be considered acceptable. In

case, Bidder is

not able to submit the certificate from

practicing

chartered accountant

certifying its financial parameters,

the

audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial years shall be considered for evaluating

the

financial parameters.

Grinding element means bull ring segments and grinding rolls.

Bidder is requested to clearly

stipulate here under

the

route

(1.1 or 1.2 or 1.3)

under which qualification is being

sought. Bidder

is also required to

submit along with the

bid

all necessary documents to

establish Bidder's qualification.

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have

any claim arising out of such

action.
