Bidder is requested to upload quality plan along with offer, if the bidder fails to submit QP as required at the time of

after PDI, the material supplied by them may be sent to National Test

In case of submission of TC, the

party shall be informed to furnish TC from National Test Lab/NTPC approved Lab

the test certificate is produced from

the 3rd party lab.

All alloy material shall be grade

verified through use of metal analyser. The vendor shall arrange metal analyser

during PDI with provision for checking instrument.

5.

Please confirm the acceptance of our standard payment term ie 100% payment after receipt and acceptance of material

at

site with in 30 days.

Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.The bidder should be a manufacturer of casting items.

2.The

bidder should have experience of supply of

lines for mill or alloy cast iron items or steel items during last 07

years preceding the date of BID opening, for either of the following values:

(i)Three

orders each costing not less than INR

Notes:

A. The word executed means that the

bidder should have achieved the

progress specified in the QR even if the total

contract is not completed / closed.

B. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

C. In cases where

audited results for the last preceding financial year as

on the date of Techno commercial bid opening

are not available , the financial results

certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In

case, Bidder is not

able to submit the

certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters,

the audited results of three consecutive

financial years preceding the last financial years shall be considered for evaluating

the financial parameters
