NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)

FOR

AMC FOR AIR PRE HEATERS, FANS & DUCT-DAMPERS AT NTPC-BONGAIGAON.

(Domestic Competitive Bidding)

1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Salakati or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Scope of work in this package shall include annual maintenance contract for air pre heaters, fans & duct-dampers at NTPC-Bongaigaon.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following Qualifying Requirements:-

1.0The bidder should have executed the job of Maintenance/Erection/Overhauling of Air Preheater, Fans &

Duct/Dampers of coal based thermal power plant during the last seven (7) years, as on the date of bid opening with either of the following:

One order valuing not less than Rs 27.39 Lacs.

OR

Two orders valuing not less than Rs 17.12 Lacs each.

OR

Three orders valuing not less than Rs. 13.70 Lacs each.

(iii)The bidder shall submit documentary evidence/proof of meeting qualifying requirements stipulated above.

(iv)In case where audited result for the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid opening are not

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
